Not knowing this, at the deepest soul level, is what causes all the problems, dis-ease, and unhappiness you experience.
Step 2 to Lean Toward Happy is self-validation. I invite you to incorporate this practice to begin the process of loving yourself the way All-That-Is loves you.
In your mirror, look deeply into your left eye & tell yourself, “I love you.” Practice this every day for 21 days as you get ready for your day.
As you practice, you will find yourself beginning to tell yourself all sorts of things that are wonderful about you!
